THE LADY THAT JUST ANSWERED THE PHONE IS ABSOLUTELY DOWNRIGHT RUDE. SHE HAS NO BUSINESS BEING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ASKING ME PERSONAL QUESTIONS THATS NONE OF HER BUSINESS. SHE SINGKE HANDLED MAKE ME TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
Very knowledgeable staff, the young lady at the counter really helped me make decisions on THC products, and was able to survey her inventory to look for a particular whiskey I wanted. Very clean very nice store.
Had a great experience at the Well. Robert was super nice and helped me out a ton. Also loved the Chiefs hat, great year for KC. Anyway, for the size of the ship they have an impressive selection including a lot of local beers and American whiskeys. Easy shop to get into from the Kilpatrick. Will definitely be stopping here again.
Tremendous selection, Very knowledgeable staff. This is a must for everyone from conosours as well as simple enthusiasts! I would recommend for anyone , this may be just a bit of a drive for some , but totally worth it. You will not find a better selection and very fair pricing. Do yourself a favor and make this a destination, give yourself plenty of time to take it all in. In house humidor with some good cigars as well. I will be back.
Yesterday was the first time I came into The Well, and it will certainly not be my last. I walked in after going to multiple stores looking for a few bottles that I could not find. This store not only had what I was looking for - but so much more. Their staff was extremely welcoming and made the visit enjoyable and made me want to keep searching around for things that I have not yet tried. After searching around for a bit and grabbing a handful of unique bottles - I got talking with the owner. He was extremely polite and appreciative of my business. This store is what stores should strive to be. They have quality, fair prices, and knowledge of their product. They made shopping fun and exciting. I was blown away by the selection of unique bottles along with stuff I had never seen before. If you want something amazing - certainly check out this store. Overall, I will be back without a doubt. This store may not be the biggest in the area - but it is by far the best in terms of quality and unique selections.
