Mr. & Mrs. Sims really know customer service and their work ethic is unparalleled. The repairs Mr. Sims did on my Antique Wardrobe are amazing, you can't even tell there was damage to the door. I highly recommend The Windmill Wood Works.
We had 2 pieces of wooden furniture items that needed repair. Jerry came to our house to make the repairs and his work was fantastic!! Better than the original. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
The family here are absolutely wonderful to do business with. I first got in contact with them in December over Facebook, it was after hours but I immediately got a response. They quickly got me a quote for a table broken by movers. It took some time to get the table back as I dropped it off in December and received it back in April, but it was absolutely worth the wait. Now I can hardly tell that my table was damaged. Expect them to be busy, they have a small rustic shop where you're greeted with a smile. They keep some of the smaller works from other customers in that area and expect it to be full of to-dos. Remember, the wait is worth it and the quality of work is fantastic.
Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship! They are so helpful and although the process from start to finish took a little while, the quality of their work is worth the wait. If I ever need something repair or refinished again I will certainly be back.
These guys were great. Brought back a stain ravaged, watermarked estate sale buy I had all but given up on but decided to try my luck here. OMG...this piece has been rejuvenated and reborn to bring many more years of service and pleasure to own. Thank you all for excellent work and craftsmanship. I'll be back again soon...I have many more pieces! Give them a try 😉
