Disclaimer: My husband’s experience on 09/16/2025 around 6PM I usually enjoy shopping at The Wine Bin and have had many positive experiences with friendly staff over the past year that I’ve lived in the community. Most employees are welcoming, conversational, and make it a pleasant place to shop. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. While I was warmly greeted by one staff member when I came in, another employee a man with short gray hair and glasses made the experience uncomfortable. After I gave my member number at checkout, he came out from the back and told the cashier to charge me for bags, even though I’ve never once been charged for them, not even by the owner. He’s also given me unfriendly looks on previous visits, which makes me feel unwelcome, as if I don’t belong there or can’t afford to shop there. When I explained that the owner himself had told me there was no charge for bags, the situation turned into an unnecessary argument. After I left, the same employee came outside in a way that felt intimidating, as if he was watching where I was going. I really like this store and want to keep supporting it since I live just a few minutes away, but having an employee create a hostile environment makes shopping here frustrating. I hope management takes this seriously, because customers shouldn’t feel singled out or uncomfortable when all they want to do is shop
We worked with the Wine Bin to create a bar for our wedding and could not have been happier with what was put together! Dave, the owner, has extensive knowledge and his expertise helped us create a menu with classics and unique selections. Our signature cocktails were consumed in a flash and many guests commented on how great they were. We feel like with Dave's help we got not only quality beverages, but at an affordable price. I'd recommend the Wine Bin for a large-scale event, but also to go and pick up a bottle of something you've never tried. You may find your new favorite drink. Thanks for everything, Dave!
I've been visiting the Wine Bin for about several months now and have nothing but great things to say about the wines I've bought. The staff is very helpful, especially Nick, and I always find something I like at the wine tastings on weekends. There is a good range of price points, with many affordable options, and their beer selection is nice as well (love that there is usually something from Triple Crossing and Crooked Crab). Approachable for someone like me who enjoys wine but isn't knowledgeable about how to describe it, highly recommend this gem!

Great selection of wine, beer and some light food. Staff is a little cold. But if you know what you need - you can get in and out without dealing with them
