I purchased both the Vegemite scroll and the cinnamon scroll, and they were nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly baked, incredibly fresh, and full of flavour — exactly what you expect from a bakery that takes pride in its craft. The breads on display also look absolutely top-tier, and what truly sets this place apart is the open bakery concept, where you can actually see the baking process happening. It adds a real sense of transparency and craftsmanship that’s rare to find. Now, the coffee — wow. I ordered an almond latte, and it is genuinely one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. Smooth, perfectly balanced, and clearly made by someone who understands coffee at a high level. For anyone who’s serious about their coffee, this alone is worth the visit. Between the incredible service, elite baked goods, exceptional coffee, and the immersive bakery experience, 3 Mills Bakery sets the benchmark. It’s clear this place is run with passion, precision, and pride. We had pork & garlic pie, seasonal danish and almond croissant 🥐 and each of all menu was so delicious not too buttery but flavourful. Also the coffee is another heaven 😇 plus, the staffs are so warmly kind and nice 😊 We are visitor from Sydney and I am highly recommend this bakery!!!
I absolutely love this bakery café in Canberra! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warm aroma of freshly baked bread and coffee. The pastries are always fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The coffee is rich and perfectly brewed every time. Staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast or afternoon treat. Highly recommend!
