I came close to cancelling my appointment after reading all of the posts about a 2 hour wait. I'm glad I didn't cancel. I found the staff to be very friendly and the Dr. was very thorough. I did not feel rushed and was in and out in a half hour.
This is the best place ever. I felt so welcomed when I walked in and clear through my appointment. The receptionist, the Drs assistant and the Doctor were so polite and friendly. They were very respectful, professional, caring, informative and fun. They put me at ease right away. I would recommend this place to anyone!! I give it a 10+.
I spent a half hour with a tech answering questions. The doctor maybe spent five minutes. She seemed rushed and as she left I had to remind her to check the main reason I came in. Too hurried, too long of a wait before being seen and never felt truly seen. I’m going elsewhere.
If you value your time, do not go here. They are always running 1-2 HOURS behind and every time tell you they’re short staffed. If they’re consistently short staffed for the years I’ve been going, that tells me what it’s like to work there. They’ll let each patient know as they walk in that they’re running at least an hour behind and can reschedule…can’t you start calling or texting people before they drive all the way there? I had to scramble to get someone to pickup my son from school because I was at this office so long (told 30 minute delay and it was an hour and 15 minutes, still not the longest I’ve ever waited). I should not have to waste my whole day on a single appointment.Once in the room, you’re rushed through and on your way. When waiting months for an appointment, I expect my time and money to be respected but it never has been. This practice is disappointing and poorly run.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a doctors appointment. I was told they were running on time when I checked in. I was finally called in an hour after my appointment time. The girl rooming me said that it was because I arrived early.??? What? Yes, I arrived early. I did not expect to be seen early nor was I expecting to be seen an hour after my appointment time. When the nurse finally did my exam it was less than two minutes total time. She seemed very rushed. Very disappointing! I waited four months for this appointment. I will not go back.
