I wanted to buy a hat and they said they won't sell it to me because there was no price on it. I asked to get a price and they wouldn't give me one. Seriously? A hat that they got FOR FREE they couldn't give me a quick price on?! I had several other things I was going to buy as well. I just canceled my transaction and walked out. That's pathetic. You want to be that petty and stupid then you don't need any of my dollars.
This location is smaller in size compared to other TGs I've been to, and most of the clothing is labeled from Walmart, SheIn, Old Navy, etc. You can tell the demographic that shops here & donates here is part of that crowd... Don't expect to find many, if any, "good quality" brands (i.e. Madewell, Top Shop, ZARA, etc.) that are common at other locations
The employee Andrea really impressed me. She was very friendly and helpful. She was at the register and asked me if I had the app to receive a 25% discount. She helped me get that going and I saved some money! Yay! (I had already been to 2 other Thrift Giant stores today and nobody else bothered to mention the app or the discount. Bummer!)

This was our first time visiting your location, and unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had bringing my family to a store like this. The space was extremely disorganized and crammed, making it very difficult to move around—especially with how crowded it was. After walking through just two aisles, I had to turn around and leave. It was overwhelming and uncomfortable. In addition, I was shocked at how overpriced many of the used items were. The pricing simply didn’t match what was being offered. Parking was also a major issue. To make things more confusing, the donation drop-off is in the front while the main entrance is in the back—that setup just doesn’t make sense. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating, and I have no intention of returning. I hope this feedback helps highlight areas that need serious improvement. Zero Stars if I could rate it.
