Made an appointment for tire rotation and balance after purchasing my tires from them last year. Dropped my car off before they opened and called at 3 to pick up. They told me my car was not there. Asked if I had the right store. They saw I made an appointment but did not know where my car was. They finally found my keys in the drop box and my car out front. I told them I wanted to pick up my car and take it somewhere else. They said they could get it done in 30 min and I could pick it up at 3:30. I told them it was crazy they lost my car.
The staff here at this location is phenomenal. As soon as I walked in they made me feel welcomed and tried to help me fix my car needs. As long as you treat them with respect they will help you and work with you. Christina , Chris and Keith are outstanding and their positive attitudes really made my experience so much more enjoyable. Very grateful for the staff here.
I had an amazing experience here! I was over an hour from home when I had a tire blowout at 6 PM, thankfully just down the block from this location. Chris was incredible—despite it being only 30 minutes before closing, he was patient, kind, and super helpful. He made sure I got a new tire before they closed, which saved me from a stressful night. I’m so thankful to Chris and the entire team for going above and beyond. Their customer service is outstanding! I’ll gladly drive the extra hour to get my tires here from now on. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and caring employees!

Tire Discounters on Newtown Pike is completely incompetent. Son had a nail in tire— easy fix, right? I went back to this horrid place because the 4 new tires they sold me last time are under warranty. Sat there last Saturday for 2,5 hours for a tire rotation and plug to fix nail. At closing, they said they couldn’t do the tire rotation, but patched the hole. While it was a slow leak losing only a couple of PSI with the nail in the tire, son wakes up after the “patch” to find it at 10 PSI. Take it back today and after an hour and a half, was told “they used too small of a plug and didn’t seal it right. Good to go!” Nope, by the time I got home, tire alert on again and down another 6 psi. I called and they said- “Hmmm. Wonder if they put the tire sensor on it?” Are you kidding me?!? Son puts soapy water on the 2nd plug they put in and lo and behold- hissing and big bubbles (see video). I normally don’t rant, but this is absurd. Just trying to save people this level of frustration from complete and utter incompetence. The video is taken after I got home from their 2nd patch.
