Customer service on point the Office Manager and Technician was very friendly. Did my oil change in a timely manner. Gave me a reasonable estimate on some new tires. Would refer my friends to come to this location.
My tire unexpectedly met a large screw. Took my car quickly to this location as I was nervous to drive on it too far. Anthony took good care of my vehicle and patched the hole within the hour.
Anthony and his team were incredible. I realized I had a large nail in my tire and it was going flat. I was worried because they were about to close and asked if they were willing to patch it before they closed up the shop. They were super accommodating and had the patch done extremely quickly. Would recommend this location to anyone.
Took in 1 truck tire for repair and 2 trailer tires to be mounted. When I went back to pick them up they took it upon themselves to replace a completely repairable brand new tire with another new tire and tried to charge me to balance and recalibrate the tire pressure monitor for the trailer tires which does not have tire pressure monitors and they were never balanced. Something that should have been $150 ended up costing $430. The store manager was absolutely rude the service there is absolutely horrible do not go to this location.

They took the time to explain my options clearly, offered honest recommendations, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The service was fast and efficient — I was in and out in under an hour with a fresh set of tires perfectly suited to my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and commitment to safety. They double-checked the installation, balanced the tires flawlessly, and gave me tips on how to extend their lifespan. Prices were fair, and the quality of service was top-notch. Highly recommend Tire Kingdom to anyone looking for reliable, professional tire service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
