Lenny (I think?) and his team saved us from being stranded on Christmas Eve. We pulled off I95 in our fiercely shaking van a half an hour before closing. We didn’t know if we’d find a mechanic, but we spotted Tire Outlet. Our back tire was shredding and about to blow. Lenny (I hope I got his name right.) kept the shop open to take care of us. Thanks for making sure we are safe as we can be on our NJ to south FL road trip! Thanks for delaying your Christmas Eve festivities so we can get to ours.
Awesome work done on my SUV. Had work done to value covers etc. and they cleaned my motor pretty good. Honest and reliable work every time!
What an absolute joke of a shop. Called in Tuesday to set up an appointment for AC service on my fleet vehicle. Confirmed they do fleet and got an appointment booked for Friday at 3pm. I got multiple confirmations in my email of my appointment time for friday at 3. I showed up 2 hours early prepared to drop it off and leave it as long as they needed it, provided i would get it back prior to monday morning for work. Waited for 30 minutes for someone at the desk to even acknowlege me and come to find out theres no appointment set for my vehicle. And, even better, the AC guy is not even at work this day. Was already getting upset at this point as this is now the 2nd time ive received service like this at this location. The guy at the desk assured me they could get it done and fixed as long as i could drop it off with them, i told the guy i needed the vehicle monday morning, can i pick it up sunday, that way they have the whole weekend to get it done. He told me absolutely. I gave him 2 numbers to get ahold of me at, as well as our company fleet manager's in case something went wrong. I left with a bad feeling. I should have trusted my gut. Never heard a thing from the shop, but saw the vehicle move multiple times. Sunday rolled around and come to find out theyre closed on Sundays. No phone call, no messages, no email, absolutely nothing. I show up monday morning, speak with the guy at the front desk that im there for my vehicle. He has no idea what is or is not going on with my vehicle, his words, not mine. He leaves the office and another gentleman stops inside to relay that nothing had happened with my vehicle because they couldnt get approval from fleet. Never a phone call to me to let me know, just late for work and still no AC. If they would have reached out, i could have help them get this issue they ran into resolved. But theyre too busy for that, cant be bothered with customer service. I will not be returning with any of my vehicles and ill be letting the fleet company know that this is probably not a good shop to be doing any business with.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I brought my 2019 Cadillac Escalade in for an oil change. It has had no issues and needed 1 tire sensor replacement fixed and a simple oil change. Oil was not low or over and had been changed in June and I barely drive it. And the front passenger side tire sensor was the ONLY one not working. All others were showing correct pressure on the dash. I called at 430pm and was placed on hold for over 15 mins and no one ever came back to the phone. This gave me an uneasy feeling and I knew something was wrong. So at almost 5 I just went to pick it up and they said they werent finished and would get it done in 30 mins. They had the vehicle since 11am...this was 5pm. Upon completion I paid and then they suddenly say my vehicle is misfiring and all 4 tire sensors are now not working. Everyone was gathered together whispering and no one would talk to us. They kept scattering like roaches when we walked their way. They KNEW they did this. It was VERY obvious. There is no way this is coincidence. There were no mechanical issues upon arrival and all 3 other tire sensors were reading fine. They have taken ZERO accountability and basically said its not their fault. Again, there is no way all of this happened at the same time as a coincidence. Not possible with a well maintained newer vehicle. On top of all of this they completely destroyed the interior. There is oil and grease everywhere. All over the floor mats, seats, arm rests, center console, BACK seats and doors, and even the outside of the truck and running boards! I have filed complaints with the BBB as well as posted everywhere. This is absolutely unacceptable. Now I cannot drive my children to school, I cant get to work, and I have a non operational vehicle that had no problems when it was dropped off! This is absolutely unacceptable. They have damaged my perfectly fine Escalade and made it unusable and wont do ANYTHING to fix it. Actually, they said "well to fix all the sensors is $500+" YOU BROKE THEM!!!! As well as my motor now! Never ever take your car here. They WILL BE reimbursing me for all of these repairs one way or another.
Drove in with a flat tire around 12:15 PM and I was told that it would take until about three to get two new tires put on. Then what baffled me is they’ve got hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of lifts and they don’t use them. They use floor jacks. No one was in a hurry by no means to get any work done. On the tire side the two younger gentleman spent more time goofing off and playing on their phone than working. It’s not like they were super busy by no means and there was ample staff there. It was after 4 o’clock before I finally got out of there. I spoke with what I believe to be in a management position. They had concerns with staff as well and explained that if it was their decision, they would have let a few of those folks go along time ago. Prices are definitely affordable if you got the time to sit around and wait.
