Thien and his team are absolutely amazing to work with. He was able to help us buy and sell our home. Despite unique challenges that came along during the process, Thien never seemed at all phased. His experience allowed him to overcome anything that came our way. He always offered us honest advice about homes and never pressured us to make any decisions. He was very responsive whenever we had any questions or needed to book viewings. Thien genuinely cares about his clients. Through our interactions, I can see that he is having fun at work, something you don’t see very often these days. I think that allows him to perform at an exceptional level. Anytime we needed help with something outside of his scope, he immediately had recommendations for people that are equivalently dedicated to their craft (such as real estate lawyers, stagers, videographers, photographers, home inspector, contractors…etc). Thien is a phenomenal realtor with extensive knowledge and experience. 12/10 recommendation for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
