My heater has problem not starting. Chris came early than I expected. Chris fixed detect the issue and fixed it quickly. The price is very very reasonable. I am very thankful. Great doing business with an honest and capable person.

Excellent service visit by Zach from Tokay this morning. He was polite, called to let me know he was on his way, was on-time, put his shoe covers on before entering, let me know what he'd be doing in clear, informative way, debriefed afterwards, asked if questions and actively listened. Shout out to customer service representative Catherine as well. All the same polite, helpful qualities.
The quality of work is always important, But even more I was so impressed with the customer service that I wanted to share. Not only from making an appointment but to the technician that visited our home we felt like they truly cared. Bravo J&J as you have obviously chosen the best of the best to represent you!
J&J did a wonderful job in keeping us cool! They sent a very friendly, knowledgeable technician (Rosario) who diagnosed/repaired the issue, hassle free. I appreciated him explaining the process and arriving on time. The office staff kept us posted on the timeline and assured us we'd be next in the event of cancellations.
