This review counts as (2) 5star reviews because I forgot to do it last time. TAC on Heatherdowns is exactly what you want in an auto shop, respect for the customer matched with great service and quality work. If they mess something up they take ownership and make sure you don’t leave unsatisfied.
My husband and I have been going here for the last few years, and they have worked on both of our vehicles. They are always so kind and do such amazing work! They treat their customers amazing by offering discounts and coupons for future returns! We definitely recommend this place. The mechanics are great at explaining things and working with us to fix any issues. We had Brad the last time, and he was very professional and did amazing work for us! Will continue taking our cars here as long as they’re around! :)
Unfortunately for me, my car was acting weird when I left school one day last week. Some how by the grace of God, I just so happen to google a nearby auto repair shop. To my surprise, I was able to get my car to this location without causing more damage. I am so happy with my choice and my service here. Vicki was very helpful in making sure I was in a safe location well my car was getting serviced by Brad, who was very amazing and pleasant. He got right to getting me back on the road and back home to Michigan. He pulled through for me and I'm so blessed for good honest people like them. I will be doing business with them in the near future for sure. If I can give them 100 stars 🌟 I would. Thanks guys!!!!
