Just bought a newer Jeep and knew I wanted to keep it looking good. This is my first time joining a monthly Car Wash service. I can't believe I went my whole life without this service! 30$ a month and my baby is shining all day everyday. Some weeks I go every day and Tommy just opens the gate with a smile!! This place is great No hassle No Wait Ever My Jeep comes out Perfect Everytime they just added a new Tire cleaner and the end of the line What a difference! Free Vacuum to use anytime. Once I'm awhile I get the Full interior Detail. Those guys are great 3-4 workers due a full detail in about 10 min!(this isn't included in the monthly 30$ but well worth it once in awhile) I cant say enough about how great Tommy's Express Is. It's Soo worth the Small monthly fee if you want your Car to look good All The Time with no Hassle. Join Today!
I had an excellent experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash, and I can’t say enough good things about the team. Huge shout‑out to Evan, Jordain, Kyle, and Edgar, their customer service and attention to detail truly set this location apart. They were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right from start to finish. It’s clear they take pride in their work and really care about providing a great experience. My car came out spotless, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. If you’re looking for a car wash with great service and a team that goes above and beyond, this is the place. Highly recommend!
The auto car wash is great. The $25 detail fee is a rip off!! I have a car with leather seats that has visible paw prints not wiped down and one of the pockets in the back is still full of sand. Called and spoke with Maggie and customer service is not her thing!! Wiping down seats is not part of the plan she says and if there is anything blocking an area they will not move it to vacuum. Pics attached. DETAIL WORK IS A RIP OFF!!
Went there for the first time today they tried to sell me everything under the sun monthly contract all that nonsense. I wasn’t impressed It was the fastest car wash I ever went through some of the real good ones you were in there 6 to 8 minutes. This was just maybe three tops marks all over the car that didn’t come off. Posting a picture of the hood of my car, but you can’t really tell from the glare from the sun. I wasn’t impressed at all won’t be back.
Twice through the tunnel and there are still dirty spots all over my hood. The kid at the window was nice but explained to me that because I ‘only’ bought the $12 super wash, the hood spots weren’t guaranteed to come off. This is puddle water that splashed up this past week, not stains that have been there for years. Then I went to grab a ‘free towel’ and try my luck by hand and at 8:30 in the morning the dispenser is already empty. Just glad i didn’t spring for the monthly package.
