HORRIBLE COMPANY! Took well over three hours for the driver to arrive, when they finally arrived, we had already found an alternative and were finalizing strapping everything down. The kid driving the tow truck became combative and started screaming at us about how we called them and wasted his time. When the kid finally stopped crying and screaming he decided to rip the keys out of one of the vehicles and attempted to drive off.
Came and picked up my car the same day we got in contact. No title, not running, decent price, good customer service.
Very quick service; they actually arrived a little earlier than estimated. Tried to help us get the truck started before the tow and did an efficient transfer to the new location after truck wouldn't start. Super smooth process start to finish. Would definitely recommend Tommy's Towing if youre in need!
My tire popped in the middle of 183N while i had my 2 kids with me. I called and they said they could be out in 20 minutes! I thought that was quick, but they got to us in 15 - which is AMAZING compared to other companies I’ve used in the past that had a wait time of 1-2 hours which would’ve been awful with the Austin heat. Pricing is also very fair. They even let my kids and I ride with them and were very kind and funny the whole time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Thank y’all! My kiddies and I appreciate y’all tons. (Pic taken before we had to get out and ride with them)
