Jason Graziano has been our CPA for a few years now, and he continues to impress us not just with his expertise, but with his humanity. He understands that sometimes clients (like me) get worried and need reassurance even at 6pm on a Friday. When I called him concerned about a situation, he called me back immediately and took the time to explain everything in a calm, professional way. He could have waited till Monday and didn’t. That kind of care means a lot, especially heading into a weekend. Jason is always a breath of fresh air. There are no surprise fees, no charges for every little question, and no feeling like the clock starts running the moment you pick up the phone something we experienced with our previous CPA. With Jason, you feel like your business actually matters. He cares, and it shows. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this firm! Mindy was referred to me by our Chicago financial advisor to help us with taxes and accounting processes. She took all the pressure off me for tax season and now my father and my brother are exploiting her knowledge and helpfulness. So relieved to have found T&G!
Working with Jason Graziano was a huge disappointment. First he acted as if our taxes were a huge burden for him. This should’ve been our red flag to leave, but the good reviews had us give him the benefit of the doubt. He made my husband do a lot of leg work prior to accepting our business although we were willing to pay him for the hours he worked. He didn’t answer any of our questions or offer any strategies to lower our tax burden. We went with a different accountant who was much more helpful and saved us $6,000! Jason even wanted us to offer to pay the IRS more money because ‘we were late’ but in our county due to disaster our taxes were not late. And why would you offer the IRS more money?! If they want to give you a penalty they will. I thought that was ridiculous. After all of this he still stuck us with a substantial bill claiming he spent 8 hours on our taxes. He charged us for filing even though we didn’t file with him. Don’t waste your time and money. Go elsewhere.
