5 STARS. We’ve had two outstanding experiences with Total Comfort Heating & Cooling. First, we needed our old gas water heater replaced. Ricky arrived right on time, explained the process, and had our hot water back fast. A few days later, they called just to make sure everything was still running smoothly, which really showed they care about their customers. Later, we decided to upgrade our furnace and air conditioning system. The team provided clear written quotes with different options, and there was never any pressure to pick something we didn’t want. Scheduling was quick and easy. They came out on a Saturday, and both the furnace and AC were installed and working by the end of the day. The technicians were polite and respectful, always ready to answer any of our questions, and didn’t mind our young kids playing nearby. They protected our floors with mats and cleaned up everything before leaving. We even got a follow-up call soon after to check that both systems were working well. Everything has been running perfectly, and we’ve noticed our energy bills are much lower now. We highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs. 5 STARS.

We recently had Mike come out to our home in Aurora to repair our steam radiator system and service our boiler. He was fantastic! After dealing with two radiators that hadn’t worked for quite a while, Mike was able to get them heating again quickly, and he even came out the same day we called. The service was excellent from start to finish. We’ve used this company for two different heater-related projects and both times the experience has been great. For one project, Carson and his team installed a new central air system in our older house. They were very careful and thoughtful about how they placed the ductwork, making sure everything fit just right for our home. Another time, Mike and Ricky replaced our hot water heater the same day it stopped working. Carson even came by earlier to safely turn off the gas, which we really appreciated. Overall, the team was prompt, professional, and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them if you need heater repairs or related services in Aurora!

I reached out to Total Comfort Heating & Cooling after another company came by to do a routine check on my furnace and told me it needed to be replaced right away because of a supposed crack in the heat exchanger. Instead of rushing into a big purchase, I wanted another opinion and chose this company because of their strong reputation. Carson and his team arrived a few days later at my home in Aurora. After a thorough inspection, they explained that what the previous technician called a crack was actually just the normal soldering between the heat exchangers. They reassured me that my furnace was in great shape and there was no need for a replacement any time soon. To make things even better, they didn’t charge me for this honest assessment. Carson really put my mind at ease, making sure my family and I are safe and comfortable. It’s clear that this team values long-term customer relationships and quality HVAC work over making a quick sale. Both my furnace and air conditioner are nearly two decades old and still working well, but when it’s finally time for a replacement, I know exactly who I’ll call. A friend recommended Total Comfort Heating & Cooling to us after having a good experience with them. We called on a Sunday afternoon when our furnace wasn’t working right, and they were able to schedule a visit for later that same day. Francis came out to look at our furnace and found that the coils were rusted and there was a leak in the system. He added more refrigerant for a temporary fix and said they’d send estimates for repair and a new furnace. We got those estimates the next morning, and all our questions by email and text were answered quickly. After noticing that the furnace wasn’t holding heat through the night, we let them know, and they returned that same evening with two portable heaters to help us stay comfortable until the new furnace could be installed. Installation was set for Friday morning between 7:00 and 7:30, and the team arrived right on time. Mike and Ricky got straight to work and finished installing and testing the new system by late morning. They went over the warranty paperwork with us and helped set up the new smart thermostat and mobile app. Warm air was flowing, and everything was working perfectly. Everyone we worked with was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated that they loaned us the portable heaters at no charge, which made a big difference during the cold nights here in Aurora. Their customer service truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company for furnace repair and installation!
