I have seen Rachel for at least 4 years for deep tissue massage for my athletic injuries. I play a lot of tennis and golf and I have found she is the best massage therapist in this area. She has very very good feel for tender points and sore areas and she is my go to person. I usually see her 1-4 times a month!!! But worth every penny! Sometimes I feel like talking and sometimes I don’t. Sometimes I want really deep and sometimes not so deep. She is very good at knowing what you need for that particular time. She is very professional and clean! She has gotten me through a lot of USTA state competitions and beyond !!! Thanks Rachel!
I had a deep tissue massage. Rachel made me feel welcome and took time to understand my situation. The massage was excellent, helping to relieve tension and increase my awareness of previously tight areas.
