Decisions, decisions I'm always like a kid in a candy shop coming to Total Wine. So much selection to pick from. Always like coming here when we need to pick up any wine and liquor. Can't go wrong here that's for sure. Staff is always helpful asking if you need any help. Highly recommend this location.
If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I’ve never had issues at any other Total Wine—only this one. Today, I went to check out with two bottles of Stella Rosa. The cashier didn’t greet me or explain anything, but loudly said she needed an ID check. Fine, I always carry my ID. But what made it worse is that she didn’t ID the woman in front of me at all, yet singled me out without even speaking to me directly. My ID is clearly me just without lashes and while dealing with hormonal acne so the attitude and lack of communication felt unnecessary. Then the manager comes over and immediately asks for my zip code, still with no explanation of what the supposed “mishap” even was. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. All of this over a $22 purchase. Quizzing me on my birthday would’ve been more accurate and appropriate!!! Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I will no longer be supporting this location.
I find their selection plentiful and priced competitively with the local supermarkets. Often there are good savings if buying in bulk or using the app deals. The lines can be long on the weekends!
I really like Total wines. It's always clean and with very helpful staff. The variety is crazy good. I don't drink but it's my place for cigars, gift certificates unique gifts. I smoke Acid brand cigars in the tin.
Total Wine Spirits Beer and More in Gilbert is a must-visit! Marc, one of their knowledgeable staff members, made our wine tasting experience extraordinary. He introduced us to exceptional wines from Europe, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The service and selection are fantastic. Highly recommended!
