So many options! Never been to a liquor store with so many items available to sample. Good thing I wasn't driving! Ended up with a spiced bourbon for the holidays that I'd never heard of before. Just a slightly warmed sip makes you feel as if an angel just hugged your soul. The rep told us how to make a slushie out of it. Brilliant! Haven't tried that yet, because I'm afraid it could be dangerously good. But I will!
My first visit was extremely disappointing. While the wine selection was excellent, the level of customer service fell far short. I was never asked if I needed assistance, even though I was clearly struggling. I approached three different retail workers on the floor and received brief, uninterested responses that failed to answer my questions. At the same time, other customers were actively approached, offered recommendations, and given helpful guidance. When I brought my concerns to the manager, the response felt dismissive and indifferent, showing little concern for a first-time customer’s experience. Now I see how businesses can turn away customers when they don’t like them. I’m just sad I wasn’t able to try and ignore the issues instead I felt as though I had to leave my items in the buggy and leave. The only positive exception was the cashier, who was empathetic and genuinely pleasant. Unfortunately, that alone was not enough to offset the overall lack of service.
Plenty of parking, the best selection of wine, beer/ craft beer and any other alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages. A wide variety of wine/beer utensils. The staff super friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. If you would like to sample a beverage, they are very accommodating. Extremely clean and very organized.
Great prices alcohol, has international options I found my country and overall atmosphere was very good. 💯
Oh this is a store that sells a variety of wine and beer and they even had a blind person there to have you taste different wines and we bought one. I'm not a wine connoisseur but I'm learning. This was cool I go back
