Great convenience in heart of Ghent neighborhood, great staff who are friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, lovely beverage stock and choices, good prices as well as discounts. Highly recommend.
I've been coming here for 3 years now. And each time I visit this store I'm spending at least a hundred dollars easily. Today I spent over two hundred dollars. I had one simple question, and your ignorant female employee wearing the white shirt stacking the shelves acting all arrogant can't even answer properly. Not coming here anymore!
Best place to buy wine in all of Hampton Roads. If you drink wine (or beer) and don't shop there, you should. The prices are great, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and they have just about any wine you'd like. You can buy a bottle of wine for less than $10 or as much as $1,000. To say they have 'everything' would probably be an overstatement, but they have NEARLY everything... Certainly everything 95% of consumers would want. Also, they have deals every week for those who have signed up for an account. It's free! I'm quite certain over the past 3+ years I have saved $1,000 shopping at Total wine & More. Lastly, shopping there is a little bit like entertainment. There's so much to look at and so much to talk about with the staff that I often spend more time browsing than I had planned. And that's a good thing! Go there. Enjoy. You can thank me later!
Store clerk was very condescending during interaction and she did not properly verify my identification. She only scanned the back of it. She didn't verify if it was actually my ID, because she didn't look at the front of it. The store clerk should ensure she is following proper protocol if she is going to carry herself in a superior manner.
Less than 7 to 9 hours ago, I visited this Norfolk Virginia location of Total Wine & More. I did notice a vast selection of wine and the purchase I made was for a Carlo Rossi Blueberry Sangria. The cashier processing my order was pleasant to be around and helped me register for a free membership that they have for customers.
