I met new people today, and had an appt with Sylvie who made sure everything I was doing was working out well and listened to my concerns. Seeing the simple layout walking in is comforting for me too.
I didn’t have the best experience with my first Dr and was looking to make the switch. So I came across Dr. Ashley and she had amazing reviews. I called for an appointment and it was pretty far out but after explaining my situation, they were able to book me in faster. The staff has been amazing, Dr. Ashley, is incredible. I feel heard and understood. I feel like I’m finally on the road to feeling better. Thank you all.
TotalCare Behavioral Health is by far the greatest group of men and women around. From the front desk to every person you encounter along the way! They are kind and compassionate and lead with love for others! They never cease to amaze me with the way they go above and beyond to help in any way they can! I highly recommend them and would give them more stars if I could! ❤️ Our family adores TCBH!!!
Mrs. Brittany is the best , she makes me feel so comfortable and really listens to what I have to say. I am a shy person to open up to people and she makes it really easy. The whole staff here is always so nice and friendly. I wouldt go anywhere else.
I have paid over $1,000 to TotalCare as a self-pay patient. In the beginning, they kept having me come in repeatedly and barely addressed my panic disorder. After a long time, I finally got on medication that actually works for me. Today, I went in for my 3-month follow-up. Before I could even pay my $150 visit fee, they told me I had a “balance” from 2020 — from an entirely different clinic — for $298. They claimed my insurance “kicked it back,” but I haven’t had insurance since 2021. I was only at this TotalCare location in the first place because the other clinic made me go there. They refused to see me unless I paid that five-year-old balance from another location. To make matters worse, they labeled me a “drug addict” simply because I used a party drug in my younger years — something completely irrelevant to my current care. This was judgmental, unprofessional, and showed zero compassion. I will not be returning and would not recommend them to anyone seeking respectful, consistent, or ethical medical care.
