What can be better than something for nothing? My red SUV was scraped by a white vehicle in a parking lot, leaving lots of white paint on my bumper. Touch Up Pros came to my home and chemically removed the white paint. My bumper now looks good as new. The best part? The treatment was on the house. Thank you, Touch Up Pros! You've earned a customer for life!
I bought a new to me car and noticed a scratch on the hood that was really upsetting. I stopped by Touch Up Pro with big hopes and they did not disappoint!!! The scratch is gone! I've always been told when a scratch goes beyond the clearcoat, buffing won't work. Touch Up Pros showed otherwise! I expect the scratch to be minimized, but its gone!!! After a week of not being able to see past the scratch, I can search all day and not find it! Gabriel assisted me from the beginning, assessed the damages, and took action. He and the others at Touch Up Pro are this car lover's hero! I can't thank them enough!
I have used the services of Touch-Up Pro in the past, and needed to use them again. I had a nasty scrape and crack on the passenger-side bumper and quarter panel. After contacting Annie (texts and emails) in the office, and then taking my car to their shop in Mesa, I was able to receive an estimate from Gabriel on the spot. The estimate is probably at least a third of what a body shop would charge. Rebecca (in the office) was able to schedule the at-home repair for the following week. Annie and Rebecca and Gabriel were all a joy to deal with. Shawn was my tech who repaired the scrapes and crack in my car, and he did such a great job! It only took about 2 1/2 hours, and we had some great conversations while he was working. You CANNOT tell that there was ever any damage to my car, it looks like new where it was repaired! Thank you, Shawn! You absolutely cannot go wrong with scheduling your body repair/touch-up with Touch-Up Pro!!! What a convenience to have the work done at your home, for a fraction of the cost, and with amazing and professional results.
