This WAS a great car wash… ownership has reduced workforce and the service has diminished. You will wait for over an hour to get the basic $40 service and the job is not well done. Today they had a 4 member crew working; way understaffed. Keep driving down to South Van Ness and 16th, there is another car wash there.

Iris, She provides the best car cleaning service in town. Always extremely friendly and is a master of her craft. She takes a lot of pride in her work with extreme detail. My car always looks the best after she cleans it. I have drive from across town for years to get my car washed from her at tower and will continue to do so. Thank you Iris !!
Nothing says money wasted than paying $105 to get your vehicle cleaned and get it back unfinished. I had to go to something and couldn't wait for it to be redone. Would've been better off just paying the guy at the stop light to clean my windshield.
Amazing detailing. My car had been shipped from coast to coast and it arrived here in the worst shape. It looked completely unrecognizable. I took it to Tower and the supervisor Iris assured me they could get it back to its original state. I wish I took a before picture but here is the final product. And I am absolutely obsessed!! The shine is brilliant and they polished my metal bumpers!! No other car wash has ever done that before. They took their time and made sure to get my car to its ultimate brilliance!! Thank you Iris and the crew at Tower!!
