Ordered flowers for a coworker, they did an amazing job and even added in little butterflies! I thought it would be a long shot asking for butterflies and was very impressed when I found out it was included in the bouquet! Highly recommend!

Hannah, the owner, has always personally taken care of me and my family for any types of floral needs. As if their customer service isnt enough to persuade you to use them, give Hannah and her team a little "creative license" to" just make something beautiful". It will be perfect! I can’t say enough about this place. Super friendly and personal staff. They truly care and will take care of your needs. I am visiting from out of town and I needed flowers that were non toxic to pets. They immediately found what I needed and accommodated everything. Beautiful arrangement and fast reliable service. Will be using their services whenever I need bouquets in Lubbock
We are from out of town and needed to pick up a spray on Sunday for a funeral visitation Sunday night. I spoke with Hannah, who agreed to meet us at the Lubbock floral shop so we could transport 80 miles away. The funeral spray was gorgeous! Great care was taken with the selection of flowers - they were fresh and just opening up, so they’ll be at their peak for the funeral tomorrow. Thank you so much for doing such an outstanding job and going above and beyond for us!
I just called Town South Floral in a panic and with very specific needs (all shades of pink...it's mom's favorite color) for a same day delivery. It's my mother's first birthday following her move to Lubbock and I didn't think ahead. I was met with the kindest most gracious customer service ever. They started on my requested arrangement while I was still on the phone and asked the driver to wait so it could go right out. Ive never been to Lubbock but if this is how that community takes care of it's own...I can see why my parents made the move. I don't know your names, but thank you thank you for taking such great care of a stranger when you weren't obligated to. I will try to post a photo once I get one.
