Absolutely LOVE my nails. Chanay was meticulous and did a flawless job. She was also very professional and checked in with me throughout the whole process. Thoroughly impressed with service and will definitely be back!!
My experience at Townhouse Leeds was incredible! The place is beautiful, so clean and ideal location. My nails are looking fantastic and their care products are lush. The best thing was customer service: they make sure you are comfortable and happy every step of the process. I was attended by Karen, who is a delight and an absolute pro at what she does. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!
I’ve been going to this salon for almost two years. The quality is excellent - it’s clean, cosy, and the service is outstanding. Karen and Ka Man do their work very carefully and professionally - both manicure and gel pedicure. The gel lasts for up to three weeks, and they have never damaged my cuticles. I’ve visited many other salons and technicians in Leeds, but Townhouse has been the best.
Had a really nice experience at the salon with Karen! The nail tech has great technique and was very friendly, giving helpful recommendations and advice. I love the result and will definitely come back!!
First time using this salon, place is very clean but the staff member who did my nails was extremely rude,borderline offensive. I felt as an inconvenience to her, she kept sighing and appeared terribly frustrated. The result in the attached photo so avoid this place as I feel all the positive reviews were either bought or done by friends.
