What a fantastic professionally excellent training series 3 times a week over 4 months!!! I've been training with Ron for about a year. I am 53-years-old, and had absolutely no experience with working out when I started. I was nervous and self conscious, but Ron, with his easy going personality and great sense of humor, made me feel comfortable right away. I've had a few physical issues over the year, including back and knee problems, and Ron has helped tremendously with his knowledge and expertise. He has been flexible when I've needed to change my scheduled sessions, and has expertly adjusted my training based upon my health at different times. I feel so much healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and am a lot stronger than I was when I started. Making it through that first session was the hard part, but I'm so glad I stuck with it!
