We got so lucky with Rodrigue!! He was amazing!!! The food was exceptional! beautifully presented, incredibly flavorful, and consistently impressive from start to finish. Our guests are still talking about how good everything was! Not one bite wasn’t delicious!!! What truly set him apart was how far he went above and beyond. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of the experience. He didn’t just deliver amazing food …. he delivered an unforgettable experience. He exceeded all expectations and played a huge role in making our wedding so memorable. We are beyond grateful for his dedication and talent! Rodrigue you are incredible thank you so much!!
We had the best experience with Brera! Not only was the food amazing, but the service from Gian-Luca and Kassandra was truly amazing. They were both very quick to answer any questions we had and help us with planning our menu. All of our guests loved the food, especially the mushroom pasta, and almost everyone went for seconds. They were extra accommodating with our guests with allergies which we felt was very important. Once on site they were efficient and accomplished everything without having to me told what to do. Overall we would recommend to anyone 100/10
We had the best experience working with Brera. The food/bar service was truly exceptional at our wedding!! All staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and generous. They were so attentive to every small detail - even at our brunch (the day following the wedding), they made it look so beautiful and repurposed flowers from the day before, to dress up the buffet and tables. We coordinated with Julie throughout the process (our wedding was at the Willow Inn), she is the absolute best and wants to make sure your special day is perfect. Thanks so much to the entire team, from David and I!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Brera for our wedding, and we truly can’t recommend them enough! From our very first conversation, Gian-Luca was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our vision, guided us through every detail of the menu, and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. On the day of the wedding, the food and service were nothing short of exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our guests are still raving about it! The entire team at Brera went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty and to give our guests an unforgettable dining experience. Brera helped create a warm, elegant atmosphere that perfectly matched our celebration. We’re so grateful for their passion, professionalism, and dedication. If you're looking for catering that will impress on every level, Brera is the one!
5 stars feels inadequate - I would give Brera 1000 stars if I could! We chose Brera as our wedding caterer having a great experience with Gian-Luca who pulled together our original menu and the in-person tasting, but had no idea how above and beyond they would go to making our wedding day so incredibly special. Kassandra was a delight to work with throughout an extensive year long planning process, which involved many calls to help coordinate all the details with our event rentals company to make sure we had everything covered, including accommodating a bride's fantasy wish of a crepe bar (which was a total hit!) And when we showed up on the wedding day prior to our guests, the team went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed - from a pre-ceremony drink to prepped hors d'oeuvres for us to enjoy privately, there wasn't a single moment Brera hadn't accounted for. In some ways we feel they vastly undersold themselves - we had no idea we'd be attended to exclusively by one member of the team who shadowed our every move to make sure our dinner came out hot (even though we were bouncing around taking pictures), made sure we got to taste our late night snacks, and who sneakily took a shot away from the groom who had pretended to take it. This is just a small snapshot of the experience of working with Brera - the most outstanding, professional and caring group of people you'd want attending to you on your special day. Our guests even noticed small things like how they never had to hold a hors d'oeuvre dish for more than 30 seconds before someone grabbed it or how there never was a wait at the bar. And don't even get me started about the food – it was FANTASTIC! One guest even commented it was the best cooked steak they've ever had, a mighty high compliment for a catering team preparing ~60 steak dishes. If you're here considering if you should choose Brera as your catering team, don't hesitate for a moment longer - we (and our 120 guests) could not recommend more highly. Thank you Brera for everything!
