A group of 4 of us experienced “mutated” and it was so much fun! Dane was a great character who assisted us throughout the experience. We escaped just in the nick of time! Highly recommend.
Wonderful escape room, we had.. I think his name was John as our host? No puzzles were overly contrived, I had a good time and so did the rest of our party.
This was the most annoying experience I have ever had in my years of doing escape rooms. The actor was always in the way, jumping in without being asked and even took it upon herself to do a combination lock on a locker. I let her know she needed to stop since we all payed for this experience. She didn't seem to care and made the whole situation stressful. The room itself and the theme was super fun though. Very well done.
We decided we wanted to try another escape place after having 2 bad experiences at another in the near area (I'm sure anyone can guess which). And oh my, this place is astounding! Staff was super duper nice to us and explained everything before entering. ❤️ then our escape actor Caidyn was super awesome sauces beyond the sauces! Helped us when needed, not too much, not too little! And just the right vibes and attitude! The puzzles and props were super cool as well! We will absolutely be visiting till we complete all rooms and continue to come when they create new ones! Absolutely recommend! 😁😁
Very meh for an escape room. We overall had fun but this was the worst run place I’ve been to. We drove down from Ann Arbor to meet friends here and got stuck in traffic with a highway accident and were 10 minutes late. They were super nasty about this and gave us an inappropriate amount of attitude. We were told that there was another group behind us so they started the clock taking 15 minutes off our time. After it was done we went to the ice cream place next door for an hour and no one was behind us so we were lied to, very disappointing for the amount of money spent. I understand we were late and that’s not the business’s fault but still have some grace and customer service. Additionally the game “Buried” was not the best run, the staff member helping us seemed bored out of her mind and was giving the bare minimum of hints even though we asked for extra help do to our shortage of time. There are much better run escape rooms out there.
