I walked in and was greeted immediately… the guy was patient after I wanted to see a few things, but once I found what I wanted I begin the checkout process. , and the checkout process was amazing. Absolutely lovely experience. My engagement ring was cut off for an emergency surgery and the team at Treasures built a new ring and re-set the stone. They were thoughtful, utterly trustworthy, and brilliant in how they conceived of, designed, and made the new ring. They were in close touch, worked carefully but also efficiently, and were just A+ all around. I’m supremely grateful.
Very polite and friendly, had repair done on earring I’ve had over 30years, didn’t recognize when I picked up, and I took the matching one in and they cleaned it I must say they look better today than they did 30 years ago.
