This was such an amazing experience!! Gary is a fun and lovely person who made my day brighter! I got my phone fixed after a little water damage and screen cracked and it looked brand new when I received it! Great communication and customer service!! 100/10 recommend!!!
I'm my personal opinion , this man has no clue what he is doing. I walked in the cold to drop my phone off, and he unnecessarily changed the wrong part to my phone, does not have apple verified products and was just literally guess and checking with my phone instead of running an actual diagnostic. I've been waiting on a part for about two months and said he had it but had other people to go first and the completely stopped answering all messages and calls. Save your money and take it to someone who can really fix your phone without voiding the warranty. Now I'm about 3 months behind on my business when I should've entrusted someone else as soon as he sounded like he was guessing.
Unfortunately for me, I did not have the excellent experience everyone is raving about. Garry was nice enough, and tried to do his best, I guess, but he had to replace my phone screen twice (due to the first screen not working.... also, it took weeks because he didn't replace it the next day as he stated he would, and we had to leave for vacation.... so I had to deal with a messed up screen the entire time I was gone 😮💨). But even after the second screen was replaced, I am still having major problems with it (pics attached). The screen keeps going black, constantly throughout the day (and doing several other messed up things), and the only reason I'm able to finally get it back on every time is because I had to look it up to try to fix it because he's ignoring my messages. I tried contacting him, but no response now. I guess I'm just going to have to deal with my screen being messed up until I can find someone else to replace it with a working one and just eat the money I paid him to fix it since it's obviously not going to b fixed. SMFH!!
