Dr Ferzil at Tribeca Medspa goes above and beyond for her clients. She genuinely cares about her client's long term needs and she provided me with a skin care routine that has random strangers complimenting me on my skin. I've been to the 'best' derms in NYC, and I have never had results like I do now with Dr Ferzil.
I came here to get dermaplaned before vacation and had the best experience! Granted, a very simple treatment but the customer service was superb. I was frantic when I came in and the patient coordinators and practitioner, Alexandra all put me at ease, almost immediately. They were extremely accommodating. Alexandra was knowledgeable and told me about all sorts of products and treatments that could be good for my skin. She was efficient and then used this amazing serum to help with the redness I was experiencing. Overall, 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back for more treatments!
Amazing first time at the spa with Taryn Johnston. I booked initially because they use Skin Ceuticals, but am definitely going to continue visiting Taryn. She is a wealth of skin care knowledge, and most importantly had me leaving glowing after my Hydra-Facial. Amazing customer service and clean beautiful spa!
I just want to thank Haley (hope I got your name right!). I came into MedSpa as my last stop after spending over 5K on products and treatments that did absolutely nothing for my forehead breakout. By the time I got there, I was skeptical but desperate for real answers. Haley actually took the time to listen, explain, and guide me. She even broke the news that what I thought were “pimples” were really blackheads—so basically I’ve been fighting the wrong enemy this whole time. She set me up with the right cleanser and advice, and I can already feel the difference. And after the facial? Let’s just say I absolutely love the results—my skin feels so smooth and clear, I can’t stop checking myself in the mirror (call it confidence, not vanity 😅). So thank you, Haley—for saving my forehead, my wallet, and my sanity.
Georgina is amazing. Took her time explaining the treatments and the pros and cons. She did not try to upsell me on anything. On the contrary she discouraged me from doing some that she did not deem necessary.,! Loved her and the staff. And the facility is impeccable and inviting.
