⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Triple 7 Movers (777) is an exceptional moving and relocation company. I had a unique situation as I am a real estate agent and relocated my elderly parents from Montana to Las Vegas. I helped them find a rental while they waited for their brand new home to be built, and when the time finally came to move into their new home, we hired 777 and wow. The service was top notch. The team was efficient, fast, and extremely professional. They honored all of our requests, especially taking great care to protect the brand new home. My parents needed extra support with boxes placed in the correct rooms, furniture taken apart and reassembled, and everything set up properly since they are not physically able to do this themselves. The crew handled every detail with care and respect. I am so grateful we chose this company. They made what could have been a very stressful situation completely smooth and stress free from start to finish. I will absolutely be recommending Triple 7 Movers to all of my clients. Today I used Triple 7 Movers for my local relocation and I am extremely pleased with their service. From the initial phone call to the final unload at my new home, the team was professional, friendly, and exceptionally efficient. The moving crew arrived on time on moving day, ready to get to work. They clearly communicated their plan for the day, and took less time than I expected to pack, load, and unload everything. No items were damaged or lost, which is a huge relief! Overall, I highly recommend Triple 7 Movers for anyone planning a move. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future!
I was really looking forward to using this company after receiving my estimate, especially because I was assured there would be no hidden fees after speaking with Michael. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I ended up being charged almost $200 in additional fees that were never disclosed upfront. I was also encouraged to pay in cash to avoid a 4% credit card fee. I chose to pay in cash, only to be told by the driver, Antonio, that I owed $60 more than what appeared on the official Bill of Lading, which I didn’t even receive until two days later. Because the payment was in cash, there is no record of this extra amount, and it felt like the crew may have added the charge for their own benefit. While the loading process went smoothly and quickly, the unloading experience was extremely disappointing. Items were placed in my storage unit with no order at all, things were essentially thrown in without any thought or organization, making the unit difficult to access and creating potential for damage. I attempted to address all of these issues with Margaret in customer service, both over the phone and in writing, multiple times. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any meaningful resolution due to the company refusing. Overall, my experience was frustrating and far from what was promised. I would strongly encourage others to get everything in writing, be cautious with cash payments, and consider other companies that stand behind their service.

From start to finish, the crew demonstrated outstanding professionalism, making the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. The team was incredibly friendly and efficient. They arrived on time and handled all of my belongings with care. I was particularly impressed with their service and skill in packing delicate furniture. They managed to disassemble and expertly pack pieces that I had no idea could be taken apart, ensuring everything was protected and arrived at my new home in perfect condition. I highly recommend 777 Movers to anyone in the Las Vegas area looking for a reliable and professional moving company. Their expertise and friendliness truly set them apart.
