Axel and True North Air Conditioning are fantastic to work with. I'm very impressed with their integrity and customer service. Axel performed a service call on Christmas eve. Finish the job the day after Christmas under warranty for work related to a repair done last May. Changed a capacitor, that I would have been happy to pay for even though it was not the main problem. Very few if any companies would have performed these repairs completely under warranty. I will continue to use True North both form my home and business. Great company and technician!
I’m finally writing this review after I’ve had their services for over a year I selected this company based on prior reviews, and I was not disappointed. I was actually very impressed that everything I read was true plus more. The kindness and transparency with any interactions I’ve had with this company go unmatched. Their honesty and commitment to customer service is top-notch. Trevor has been nothing short of amazing. Taking the time to explain what’s being done and why is appreciated. He’s not here just to make a buck but instead gaining that trust and customer loyalty. I recommend these services to anyone looking for some genuine honest people.
Every time I’ve worked with True North Air Conditioning I've had an excellent experience. They are always communicative about when they will be arriving and their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and always take the time to explain what’s going on in a way that’s easy to understand. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in doing things the right way. It’s rare to find a company that’s this consistent and dependable. True North Air is a great company for your HVAC needs. From the moment you call to make an appointment to the minute the technician leaves your house, they’re top-notch all the way around. Jacob was our technician and did an excellent job quickly fixing our issue. Also important is the accurate pricing. It’s refreshing to see an honest company doing things the right way when there are many companies out there trying to gouge their clients. I recommend True North for their great customer service, knowledgeable technicians and fair pricing.
So many HVAC places to choose from in the Valley, sometimes it feels like you're rolling the dice. SO very glad I landed on this one. The customer service is fantastic, and their expert staff know exactly what they're doing. I needed a new unit prior to the 2025 summer months, and they came out to do an estimate and recommendation. The price was great, and the new Bosch system that they put in has worked perfectly. The variable speed has saved me hundreds, just through one summer alone. They took care of everything - through the appointment process, installation, clean up, follow through, and even the rebates. Complimentary check ups, as well! And to tack on...I had a scare when the AC was to be turned on in April, it was blowing hot air. They sent a tech out the next morning (shout out to Jacob!!) and it was determined that I had set the thermostat to an incorrect setting. Didn't charge me for my mess-up, and they were absolutely fantastic about it. Bottom line - EXCELLENT customer service, highly skilled (and very polite) technicians, and great follow ups. I highly recommend this shop to anybody!
