Do NOT use these guys! They can't be trusted to honor their word or your requests. I agreed to let them service my yard on two conditions. I must have a call ahead and that the tech lock the gate behind them. Two visits and neither tech even knew about my requests (or that's what they told me) the second guy didn't have the decency to lock the gate back behind him and my dog got out and ended up in a neighbor's garage blocks away. If you don't have dogs and don't care, then I guess go ahead. However, if you are looking for a company to TRUST, that will honor their word and respect your property....TruGreen is NOT the company to use!!!
I love how True Green has transformed my yard. They even noticed my magnolia tree was sick with fungus. They treated it. I’m expecting flowers next year. Thanks for my green lawn. Texas lawns are full of crabgrass. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.
TruGreen is a rip off! They lied an about the service I was supposed to get. There is a lot more mosquitoes than before!! I called them after talking to the service guy they sent, told them exactly the service I was supposed to get, Mosquito repellent and tick, flea treatment for my yard, all outside insects treatment. Nothing was done but he sprayed trees. The service guy told me he was sick and tired of them lying about services to us as customers will get and the order stated something else! Spoke to Hisham, he kept me on the phone for 45 minutes trying to convince me on staying with the company, offering me all deals, 5% off 10% off services! He repeated himself 20 times, all I wanted was to cancel my membership and a refund on my money! He said he would send me a email confirming my cancellation and refund, til today, 9.16.25, I have not received no email confirmation! This was on 9.11.25! I do not recommend them to anyone!
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt regarding their reviews. I don’t recommend them. Canceled my service. Had my yard evaluated prior to the first service. Technician came out and didn’t even perform what was suggested. Had to have their district manager come out and re do the service. Cameras caught the technician doing partial of the work suggested needing to be done. Based on their report after the service. 2nd service was done and spoke to the technician had some questions on what was my best option on certain areas on how to address them in my front lawn. Technician have 0 knowledge on what they are doing based on the information provided or what to recommend. Expect technician to sit in their vehicle. Come and go within 5 minutes and drop off a small true green sign in the front of the yard and backyard showing proof that they were there. Don’t waste your time. You are better off buying products from Lowe’s or Home Depot and doing it yourself
We’ve been customers with other homes in different regions of the country. Now residing in Texas with Bermuda grass we called them once again. TruGreen this year has made our lawn thicker, greener the envy of the neighborhood. The first two photos are before and after in our backyard. You can see the weeds and bare spots. Now there are no weeds and the bare spots are almost full. The 3rd photo is the front yard which is looking much better also. The customer service is great also. They ring my doorbell and consult us on what they do before beginning.
