Had the carpets in 4 rooms , landing and stairs washed today and I’m more than disappointed. The cleaning started at 11:30 and ended 13:00. How can 5 rooms be cleaned effectively in 90 minutes? That not the time your website said it would take. I left for work and my brother had to stay to supervise. Should I have know the cleaning was this horrible, I wouldn’t have paid till a proper job is done. Choose this company to clean for you at your own risk. I wish there option of no star:
It was very easy to make an appointment and get in touch with them. The cleaning efficiency was excellent, and the service was truly professional. They took great care of our carpets and handled everything with attention to detail. We needed carpet cleaning because we recently had a lot of home renovations and have cat hair in one room carpet, and we also have a baby arriving soon. This service gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing service , by both Tom and Marek. I’ve reached out to them and they instantly made arrangements, and set up a date to do cleaning of whole house. They came at the exact time, done price for it and started with work. Within 1 hour 30 minutes everything has been done. Deep clean of carpets and removal of any stains. Carpets and whole house smells so nice now, all recommendations. You can reach out to them from Monday to Sunday and they’ll arrange meeting accordingly. 10/10.

We used Trust Cleaner some time ago and were very happy with the outcome- our aged suite looked like new, and the whole experience was excellent. We needed another suite clean , so contacted Trust again and got the same professional service we had before. Great communications, they arrived on time, carried out a superb job, respected our home, and were just really nice guys! A very happy customer, and would recommend them to anyone.
