Tucson Veterinary Urgent Care provided phenomenal and compassionate care to my dog, Lola. Yesterday was one of the scariest days of my life when my healthy and active girl started crying in pain. The vet techs quickly got me back to a room, and were very kind and sweet to both me and my dog. They got her pain managed, took x-rays, and she was diagnosed with IVDD and the vet and vet techs took lots of time explaining the condition and conservative care method I’ll be using to treat her at home. Will definitely bring Lola back to this urgent care if she ever needs it. Thank you!
Took my Chihuahua in (sniggy J.), beyond caring, concerned and professional with her. She is one of 2 and never separated before, gave her meds fluids xray, did what was needed, gave us explicit instructions on home care.... Thank you all for taking good care of my baby She's home and perking up... Thank you for understanding that even though shes classified as a pet, she is family and now so are you...... Highly recommend without a doubt and words could never say thank you enough.... MT Perkins 2nd picture is today,she's feeling so much better, appetite returning, loves bland diet (spoiled), this is sniggy J with her sister biggles J. They are back together and haven't separated since last night. Like we said Ying and Yang... Thank you all so much, you all are wonderful
We highly recommend this pet urgent care facility. Everyone was so nice, compassionate, and professional. Abby was really good with our 15 year old dog Mika; talking to her and petting her to make her feel at ease and less stressed. You can always tell when someone loves animals, and Abby certainly does. We saw Dr. Clarys, and she was just super. Mika has some complicated issues and she completely understood our concerns and explained our options very well. It’s comforting knowing there’s great urgent care available when it’s needed.
Today we brought in our beagle who had been vomiting and lethargic for a couple of days. We've visited Tucson Veterinary Urgent Care three or four times with other pets, and as in those previous visits all the staff were kind, concerned, and efficient. I especially appreciate the fact that the veterinarians present ALL the facts and options up front and never try to upsell. They treated our beagle for a reasonable price and sent us home with useful instructions. I'm so glad they're available every day of the year!
About three weeks ago, my beloved dog started vomiting blood, and I brought her to this clinic. The staff and the doctor were incredibly kind and compassionate. Since I didn’t have pet insurance, I was a bit worried about how much the treatment would cost. However, after the initial examination, they explained the available testing options along with the prices, which helped me feel more at ease. Sadly, my dog passed away on July 26th. It was heartbreaking, but I’m truly grateful to the doctor and all the staff for their support and care during such a difficult time. Thank you so much.
