Turks’ Training was extremely helpful! Even though I have been training with weights for about 6 years now and I have always struggled with recovery. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable and informative. I have gone back multiple times for cupping. The cup therapy helped out tremendously for my military fitness test! My body felt rejuvenated and relaxed while maintaining power and endurance. I highly attribute this to cupping. Definitely recommended and will be going back!
