These guys are fantastic!!! I’ve been clowning around with my front brakes for 9 months, on and off. Got a 2004 FLHRI Road King. I’ve rebuilt calipers and master cylinder several times and changed the front lines to a one piece. New crush washers numerous times as well. I don’t know how many times I flushed and bled this damn system.. thought I had it done once, but before I got to the end of my driveway, SOFT BRAKES again. Tired of spending money and hours upon hours, AND not able to ride because my brakes sucked.. so I called Dwayne, set up an appointment. Two days later he called me, says your scooter is ready anytime you can come..get there, test drive, holy smokes!! I never had brakes so awesome!! The real kicker- probably 1/3-1/2 as much as the stealership and much higher quality. Call Dwayne.. you will NOT regret it.. this guy knows is stuff.. Harley-Davidson, not so much.. sad, but true!!
Fantastic service. Great pricing got me in for a rear tire and rear bearings and was out in an hour. And a 1 definitely will be back
I went to twisted technology to try and make my bike unique. They did just that. New wheels tires rotors and new front fork suspension. Great price, very fast and professional quality work.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Twisted Technology. I initially chose this shop based on their reputation, but my experience was anything but positive. After dropping off my bike, I waited months for parts and service to be completed. During that time, I had to repeatedly call them because they never once proactively communicated any updates to me. Each time I managed to get someone on the phone, I was given a new time frame for when the work would be finished. Without fail, every time that date arrived, there was another excuse for why it wasn’t done. When I finally got the bike back, I was devastated to find that it had been physically damaged — the fairings were scratched and chipped, which had not been the case when I dropped it off. On top of that, after paying extra for a custom dyno tune, they provided a generic off-the-shelf tune that left the bike running extremely rough. I ended up taking the bike to a different, much more reputable shop to find out what was wrong, and they quickly discovered how poorly the tune was done. It was far from a true custom tune and could have caused serious damage if left uncorrected. Overall, I am highly disappointed with Twisted Technology and will not be returning. I strongly discourage anyone from taking their bike here if they value quality work, communication, and basic respect for their property.
This is a real bike shop complete with a certified dyno. The staff is super knowledgeable and work on a host of different bike types and years. I prefer to pay for quality and value. They deliver on both. I'd highly recommend taking your bike here.
