I called TX Hydrojet to clean our driveway storm drains and pipes which accumulated a lot of dirt over the years and rain water wasn’t flowing out fast enough. Joshua was quite pleasant, knowledgeable, flexible and professional when I spoke with him. I felt confident in his expertise and thus agreed to his recommendations. When his crew arrived, they inspected all the drains and pipes via camera to assess the damage and got to work immediately. After almost 4 hours of hydro jet cleaning, water was flowing so fast without pooling around like before. They even showed me the inside of the pipes after the cleaning using the camera system to assure me they were clean like new ! The lead guy Gabriel, was quite pleasant to work with and did a phenomenal job I thought. I’ll certainly use them again every few years for maintenance purposes, or whenever the need arises. I had a terrible situation with my water pipes being clogged with mud. I called Hydrojet as it looked like the service I would need. Josh came over right away. He is very kind and very personable. He assessed the situation and sent his plumbers out to clean every faucet. The master faucets and bath wouldn’t clear. I ordered faucets and as soon as they came in the plumbers were here to install. They did a beautiful job. I was very stressed but Josh was always kind and helpful. The plumbers were excellent. They worked hard and left the bathroom clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Josh always answers and if he can’t he calls back immediately. His services exceeded my expectations.
Our community was struggling with heavy sediment and debris in our storm drain. When I saw the condition of the pipes during the cleaning, it looked like a thick soup. The team did an incredible job clearing everything out, and now the storm drain looks brand new. We had major issues with pipe bellies caused by all the buildup, and removing it will make water flow so much better while also helping prevent sinking in the surrounding ground. We are very grateful for their thorough work. Thank you!
TX Hydrojet cleaned out the drainage system for our entire 11 house community. This has been an ongoing concern for our community. They provided us with education about our drainage system, fit us into their schedule in under a week, and provided an extremely thorough cleaning! This was a big and lengthy job. The work was done with efficiency and the after pictures provided reassurance that everything looked brand new after the cleaning was complete.
We used TX Hydrojet to get an 8” storm water drain cleared at our shop. I contacted via website phone number and received a quick text from Josh. He made scheduling very easy and was flexible with my schedule. His crew showed up, got right to work and knocked out the drainage issue quicker than Josh had estimated. Would definitely call these guys again if needed.
