Absolutely outstanding service every single time. I’m the owner of Krusin Kombis — we run vintage VW Kombis for weddings and special events, so everything has to be perfect. Tyrepower Gateshead has never let us down. Most recently, they nailed a wheel alignment on our 1964 Kombi — a job no one else could get right in the eight years we’ve owned it. Picked it up and it drove like a brand-new car. These guys know their craft, and they back it with genuine care and old-school service. Highly recommend.
Josh and the team are awesome. Had a screw in tread this morning. I dropped tyre in at 8.30 and it was ready by 11.30. The team swapped out the sore checked the rest of the tyres and I was done before midday - all sorted for $45. Friendly respectful professional and chatty team well done guys and a big thank you.
Really helpful staff here always with a smile on their face and happy to answer questions and have a good chat along the way after some pretty shocking experiences at other shops which I will not name. It’s quite refreshing to have such lovely service well done guys keep it up!
Customer service here is outstanding. I urgently needed a pink slip today, and dropped in hoping it could be done fast. It was a busy day and unfortunately they couldn't fit me in, but rather than turn me away, the young man called around to find someone who could fit me in sooner. A pleasure to deal with, and I hope I know where I will be buying my next set of tyres.
Team Tyrepower Gateshead I rarely leave reviews, however, the customer service I received from Josh and Lilly at front of house and Jai, the man on the tools, was first class. The Team priced competitively and had the tyres delivered from Sydney in a heartbeat. The customer service has to be commended. And, Jai, thanks for your eye for detail on the balance weights.
