I walked in with doubt that my phone couldn’t be repaired. After dropping it off Nos said that it was an easy fix and can be done quick. I had a few phones in front of me so I had to wait a bit but when I did come in at the time he gave me it was completely fixed!!!! I had the biggest smile on my face and was so grateful that Nos could fix it for me!
The guys there are down to earth and straight forward, took only 2 hours to fix my phone! Touch screen is working like new for the fraction of the cost of a new phone. Hopefully I dont drop it again soon 😅
Dropped my X Box Series X to be repaired due to it not turning on. It was shipped out for repair. A couple of weeks later I get a call that it couldnt be repaired. I firmly believe that my Xbox was never even opened up. There is no evidence that it was. The first thing that you have to do is remove a sticker and peel back another. These sticker are fully intact and show no sign of being touched. The 2 photos show the stickers. Out $65 for nothing.
Great experience! Nos assisted with replacing the screen on my iPhone 14. It was a quick turn around. He had great customer service and answered all of my questions. I definitely will be back.
I never write reviews, but after the excellent customer service I received at uBreakiFix, I want to share my experience. I made a claim with Asurion through ATT for my broken cell phone screen. The only automated choice given was to go to the uBreakiFix location on Talmadge Rd, Toledo, OH. As I started to drive there, I called to ask a question but no one answered and I left no message. However, within minutes I received a call back from Alex, apologizing for missing my call and asking how he could help me. Wow! What business does that these days?! Upon hearing I was coming in with a Samsung phone, Alex informed me that their system had just gone down and they couldn’t start any work on it. He said he was glad to have been able to save me time driving there (again, WOW!) and referred me to their Spring Valley Dr, Holland, OH location. I was curious and asked why Asurion never gave me this 2nd location as an option, as it was actually much closer to me. Alex gave the phone to Asa, who explained that the Holland location must not have the parts I needed, therefore they weren’t shown as an option. Asa said that his Talmadge Rd location did have the parts, but couldn’t fix it due to the system being down. However, he encouraged me to go to the Spring Meadow location and if they didn’t have the part, they could get it the next day. I turned around and drove to the Spring Meadow location and was greeted by Jay. I explained the situation and he said that he would help me transfer my Asurion claim to his location. He also took time answering my questions about the phone repair itself (the questions I originally had in the beginning.) At this point, I was very impressed with this business. After some time waiting, who walks in but Asa from the Talmadge location….with my new parts for my phone! With a big smile he said brought them for me on his way home from work so that my phone could be fixed ASAP. Again, Wow! Who does that these days?! Jay instructed me how to contact Asurion and transfer my claim to the new location. At this point, it was 6 pm and too late for them to fix it but it was ready the next day at 2 p.m. as promised. I picked it up today and the phone works great. From start to finish, the level of customer service was top notch and every person who worked with me was fantastic. I commend them on their excellent customer service skills and communication. In today’s business world, it’s nice to find employees who are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.
