Greg is the man! I expected to end up spending some money getting my screen replaced. He saved me $500 by helping me figure out my phone had insurance. Went in with a fickle lightning port on my iPhone (always coming disconnected in the car and on the charger). Nice young man took it in the back for less than 60 seconds and came back and tested it and it was working perfectly. He said they have some small specialized tweezers to get the crud out of there and that usually does the trick. He even offered me a choice of free sticker, and he had some good ones! Highly recommend.

I jumped on their website and scheduled a free consultation within two hours. Greg was our agent. He was kind, helpful, and gave us a clear diagnosis of what needed to be repaired, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. We picked up the repaired phone a few hours later: good as new.
