Ive used this service twice. Once on my iPhone and once on my xbox. The iphone just needed cleaned, they did great and price was fair. The xbox remains to be seen. I think I would feel a lot better about this service if they just emailed/texted you info after you drop off your device, but they dont. They dont really give you anything. Communication definitely sucks.
I recently received a warranty repair on my folding phone. Not only did the repair fix the problem I went in for, it also made the entire folding screen better than it was out of the box. I'm impressed with the repair. Everyone I interacted with was kind, and the service was completed on time. Nice work team!
I was so pleased with their service! They were friendly, attentive, and kind to me which is very appreciated. They were busy too! In the future, I'll use their services for sure. Thanks! Added comment: I want to also say that Sara who I spoke to on the phone before coming in, was just delightful in answering my questions about my phone. Great team!
I have had 2 abrupt hardware failures in my pixel phone and needed to go to an authorized Google repairer for warranty. Both times, they have had the part I needed, and completed the repair in just a few hours with no cost to me. They are friendly, helpful, and know their stuff!
I gave 2 stars because my headphones are fixed (for now). This place lacks a very needed thing to conduct good business and that is communication. I dropped my ear buds off for warranty service on July-8th and finally I was called on Aug-26th and informed that my item was ready for pick up. Through this time I received no updates at all. I repeatedly called, left voicemail, sent a text message, but yet they dont answer the phone, reply to texts, or reply to voicemails they received. I finally had to call another store to try and get a message to them. I was called with an update and told id be called back (I wasnt) I called again and was given a date and told again that id be called back (I wasnt). Whoever is "managing" this store needs re-trained, and then the employees also could use retraining since they have been trained by said manager. Simple communication goes a long way when doing business. The employees are friendly, and got my buds fixed so I appreciate that. Overall this location sucks.
