Super fast, awesome help, I have been several times, and if they feel that you shouldn’t be charged, they won’t make you pay. But that depends on the work that you have done.
Thornton was great! He fixed my iPad and gave me some tips on insuring all my tech products and appliances! I literally Googled iPad repair and they came up. I’m a happy camper now!

I really tried to be nice, but this place will test your patience. I felt like they are scammers because they made me delete my find my because they said they needed to recalibrate … I’ve never heard of anything like that and I don’t believe that is necessary for a screen replacement… seems like they were trynna bypass my security lock and that’s SHADY!!! It took them 40 mins to do that … I feel like they took advantage of that. There’s no communication and they’ll have you there waiting for a long time… just for nothing to be accomplished. Idk if the dude was having a bad day or what but the vibe was off.
