My 12 year old son's new iPhone had a black spot on the screen. I had insurance on it and I started a claim with Verizon. I was instructed to take the phone here and within a couple of hours it was fixed! The staff were patient, friendly and extremely helpful. They took great care of us! Awesome experience!!
Excellent service from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by Ben, who went above and beyond to assist me. He was very courteous, professional, and understanding regarding the issues I was having with my device. The repair was handled perfectly, but the standout customer service is what will bring me back.
I broke my screen on my phone. I need the phone for business. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They didn't have all the glass in stock. They checked other stores but it was unavailable and needed to be ordered. They were able to get it quickly. It was a day earlier than predicted. Once the parts were available it was fixed in under 3 hours. I am using it now to write the review.
Originally took it in for charging port repair as it wasn't charging. Got it back and there were two different problems that replaced it. The battery now drains extremely fast and the ability to unlock the phone with a fingerprint was completely gone. They claim something must've disconnected during the original repair. Had to go back again, assuming it'd be an immediate fix. No, they kept it for hours until close and never called. I had to call them the next day to find out what was going on because they sure weren't going to call me. They should've gave back the cost of the original repair as a token of good faith as they are the reason I had to travel back to the store a 2nd and 3rd time. Battery issue still persists too
I had an amazing experience at uBreakiFix in Whitefish Bay! Ben was absolutely fantastic-patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and walked me through all possible solutions, no matter how tricky the issues was. It’s clear he cares about getting things done right and making sure customers leave satisfied. I highly recommend this location and wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I ever need tech repair again. Five stars all the way!
