I always get a consistent wash and service at Ultra/Dash. And if something isn’t right, the staff asks no questions and gets my wash corrected with a redo, asap. We also love the monthly wash membership. Vegas is dusty no doubt! MLK location is my favorite. :)
I had a great experience at Ultra Car Wash! The staff were friendly and efficient, and my car came out spotless. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants excellent service! Fast, friendly, and thorough. My car has never looked better. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the great customer service.
This is the ultimate compliment to give. I stopped coming around 3 or so months ago. I even stopped washing my truck. I decided to stop by today and as I was looking to wash I decided no, so I asked to leave thinking I was going to go out the gate before the wash. I was told to go through and wash the truck. I was surprised and shocked to find that they would do that for me an old customer who thought he was forgotten. I was very happy with the wash everything worked and I spoke to both guys and told them thank you as well as to why I stopped coming around. They were both professional and polite every step of the way.it was Daniel and Erik. Thanks again to both of you

OMG let's talk about customer service BEYOND expectations... OMAR at THIS car wash is the epitome of it!!! I recently purchased a car from an auction and needed to run it through the car wash because it was terribly dusty from sitting at the auction. It also had those pesky chalk markings on it from the sale info. I purchased a car wash and ask Omar if they had anything to also hello get the littering off of the car... Do you know this man went in his office, grabbed a razor blade and some index and MANUALLY scraped ALL of the lettering off of the car FOR ME before running it through the wash?!?! He did BEYOND my expectations! The car washed and all lettering removed. I ask him if I could tip him cash... His response... No Thank you if anything a review would be nice... Say less... GO GET YOUR CAR WASHED AND TELL OMAR CEECEE SAID HELLO!
