I have been training at Underground Fitness with Ron for a few months and I am blown away by his knowledge, expertise, and attention! At Underground Fitness each client receives their own personalized plan tailored to them and their goals. Ron and his team understand each individual is unique which calls for an equally unique fitness plan. During my sessions Ron pays the utmost attention making sure my form is correct and makes any modifications if I need- as someone with past surgeries this is huge! Ron and his team are some of the best in the game! If you’re looking for a highly personalized strength training gym with trainers that are experienced (especially with modifications) and has a great community feel then in you’re in the right spot!
Ron has been great to work with these past 3 months. He is very thorough in his planning, and listens well. He focuses on proper form, and has an excellent understanding of how specific exercises tune the body. Ron is also flexible with his schedule and the gym is a very welcoming place. Fully equipped gym with focused trainer. As one who dislikes they typical gym energy, this small but mighty gym and trainer are perfect.. I receive one on one training in a small group setting that is designed for my specific needs and goals. The environment is clean and safe. Ron is easy to communicate with; I feel heard and supported. In only a few weeks I have noticed an improvement in my strength, physical appearance and overall confidence.
