This one of the best jiujitsu gyms in Las Vegas. The instructors are very knowledgeable and approachable. Also, they provide very flexible hours to train with and without Gi. Big shout out to Jona who goes above and beyond for his students. I recommend this gym for the whole family. Between strength conditioning workouts and rolling with top tier competitors I never been in better shape. This place feels like home to my wife and I with such a welcoming atmosphere and zero drama.

Coach Jonah is an amazing instructor who not only teaches top-level Jiu-Jitsu but also genuinely cares about every student, especially the kids. You can see the passion and dedication he brings to the mats every single day. What really sets this gym apart is how involved his entire family is—they make everyone feel welcome, supported, and part of a close-knit community. The kids’ program is phenomenal. Coach Jonah and his family go above and beyond to make sure the kids feel confident, encouraged, and excited to learn. They focus on discipline, respect, teamwork, and building character just as much as technique. It’s clear they truly care about each child’s growth, both on and off the mats. Underground Jiu-Jitsu feels like more than just a gym—it feels like a family. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for high-quality Jiu-Jitsu in a positive, supportive, and kid-friendly environment.
The UGBJJ environment is the best , the owner Jona makes everyone feel like they are family and I truely mean it. The other instructors are amazing as well. As a school teacher , I use jiujitsu to destress and relax helping me get through the school year.

Every time I step on the mats, I forget about stress and focus on getting better. The coaches are kind and really care about you. Everyone supports each other—it feels like family. The gym is always clean and organized, which shows they care about the space and the people in it. This place helped me feel more confident, focused, and part of something special. If you want a place to grow and be supported, this is it.
My son and I have been going to this gym for 3 months and we love it. The people here welcome you with open arms and treat you like family. If it’s something that you want to do to help with your health or even for self defense, this place will definitely help you with that. Jona is an amazing teacher and is great with the kids. Underground Jiu Jitsu is a place that you would love to come especially for the first timers. Most definitely recommend this place if you think about joining either for you or your kid.💯💯💯
