Ron and his crew did a very professional job cleaning our HVAC ducts. Scheduling was very straight forward and they arrived right on time. The process took about an hour, and they were very courteous from beginning to end. Plus, we really appreciated the clean-up and vacuuming of the floors when they were finished. I'll definitely bring them in again.
As a first time homeowner I didn’t really understand the impact that the vents have on the house, and put off my cleaning upon moving in.. My dryer started taking about 140 minutes to dry a load of clothes.. so I figured it was time to give someone a call, and I’m glad that I called United Air Duct Cleaning!! Ron was able to fit me in to his busy schedule the same day, for what I imagined he assumed was going to be a regular cleaning. It was not a regular cleaning, it was the worst vent he had ever seen!! He said that he believed the vent had never been cleaned since the house was built!! Ron and his coworker were polite and professional, very kind and worked super hard to get the job done. They went above and beyond in regards to effort and time and I appreciate that very much. I will be scheduling with Unified again in the future and highly recommend them to any one in the area who is need of any of the services the company provides. Thank you so much for your help! So thankful for Ron and the team at Unified Air Duct! I needed to get all my air vents and ducts cleaned out to prepare for family coming in from out of town and Ron was as efficient as he was professional! Not only did he perform the service in a timely manner, he took extra time to clean his tracks and also educate us on the quality of air in the house and the importance of routine cleaning. I now see Ron once every 6 months and would recommend him and his company to all looking for air duct cleaning! Thank you!!!
