I will say that the mechanics here are very thorough and timely, but they way overcharge on their services. My home mechanic charges a third of what they do. Also something to be aware of and I am sure lots of factors play into this, but they have found a few things on their multi point inspection that were not found when I took the car to the dealership. They said my alignment was off, but then Toyota found no alignment issues... don't think my car realigned itself. If you need a quick fix and are willing to pay the high rates, this may be the place for you.
Beware. Look at all negative reviews, they are all true. I will take a polygraph on all these facts: 1. Car was supposed to be there 1.5 months. Was there over 6 months. Can you be without your car for 6 months? 2. Charged $8650 for repairs, that I Did not authorize and is more than car is even worth. 3. They did not fix things I wanted to be fix. They wouldn’t paint the front that I requested, but painted my trunk that I never requested, never authorized or was even informed. Will post photo. 4. I told these people over 10 times I really need to have 2 badges swapped. 6 months later and $8650, badges were never swapped. 5. Charged nearly $4k for heater fan replacement on a car that is worth $8k. Why would I authorize that?. Makes no sense. After 6 months most of the work I requested was never done. 6. Dates and time I supposedly authorized work never correlated to my phone records. Service advisor was a complete liar. 7. Caught salesman driving car on public streets and then pulling into shop. 8. Left messages over 40 times to speak to owner, and not once did the owner have the courage to return the call and try to make things right. Tells you everything about their integrity and their phony responses to dissatisfied customer about calling to make things right. Phony. Will post photos. 9. Car was stored outside, with windows open and top down. Will post photos. 10. Even after paying, they wouldn’t give me the car because they were going to detail the car. Interior was completely trashed, rained on. Four days later they couldn’t even be bothered to wash it. Will post photos. 11. Work that was completed already has to be repaired again. All leaks are still there and nothing works correctly.
We needed some advice after my teenage son’s vehicle broke down. We took the vehicle to a shop near our home and were SHOCKED to receive an estimate at about $10,000. We reached out to Unique Auto through their website and Jill called me back within the hour. We chatted about the issues with the car, the estimate and our needs. I was so excited and impressed that they were able to get us back up and running for LESS THAN HALF the estimated cost from the first shop we took the vehicle to. Jill was kind, knowledgeable and focused on getting our car fixed well, fast and for a reasonable cost. We had the car back and running in GREAT shape in less than 2 days. (They even delivered it to us when it was finished!!) We are so grateful to Unique Auto for their help. We will be back for all our future service and repair needs. Thank you!!
Incredible service. Don’t be intimidated by the luxury cars you may walk by coming in - these folks are great at what they do and efficient. They print off forms at the end detailing what you may need to deal with in the future - very helpful if you’re in a hurry or traveling, and only need to fix a particular issue at the time. The lady at the front desk is great and entirely helpful, and the mechanics I interacted with were great too - communicative and kind. There is a lounge area, a very nice, accessible restroom, and there are beverages available for free while you wait, and chips to take as you leave. I highly recommend Unique Auto. If you’re in the area and need help, stop by.
Great staff ! Follow up to check on my comfort and safety they communicate well the Front Desk women go above and beyond with their service their advice, their help they really go out of their way. They really make you feel like you’re a part of the family their family, great environment, and if you look at the quality and craftsmanship their work tenfold speaks for itself on the character that the staff and people that unique auto give it is rather unique in this day and age let’s go ahead and change the name to rare or nonexistent thank you unique Jill, Arnie, Jason, and the rest of the crew you guys are killing it
